I was thrilled to get this brilliant offer and singed up. To my surprise on the 24.12.12 I was billed £23.88. Please could you explain what this bill is for and what it covers in terms of months etc. It seems very difficult to understand the terms and as I was offered a free trial period I would like at least clarification or a refund if appropriate.
