I recently joined Picture House cinemas and have just redeemed my 90 days free trial of MUBI. As instructed on the sign up page, I cancelled by membership as soon as my trial was confirmed. I was assured my 90 days free trial would not be affected. Since cancelling my subscription I have lost my 90 days free trial. I cannot watch anything but trailers and I am prompted to pay each time I try and watch a film. MUBI seems to be very misleading. As a Picture House member I am equally disappointed with that company for endorsing a misleading third party.
