"Trouble with the projection box"

I can't access any movies. I think I've had a one in three hit since subscribing, but this has now gone on for days. Each time I select a movie I get the following message, "There is trouble with the projection box...refresh browser" but refreshing makes no difference. I have the latest Adobe Reader.

I sent an email early yesterday but haven't had a reply. Sorry to nag.
