Trying to watch "The red shoes" but the film doesn't start. It starts to load and then stops saying "Oops! There is trouble in the projection booth. Please refresh your browser."
I have tried this as well as upgrading flash player and testing both Safari & Firefox. I can watch other films so maybe "The red shoes" is corrupt or something?
What to do? I have been billed for the film so I either want to watch it or get refunded.
