You claim that there are MUBI employees here to help us. We have not received a response
I sent this 4 days ago:
We rae getting interruptions while watchin movies quite frequently with a sign sayiing "Oops your connection has been interrupted....", and we have to leave the movie and connect again. Quite annoying!! We know that our connection to the internet is not being interrupted, so I don't know what is happenning. Do you have any suggestions?
Today we were watching a movie and this "Oops your connection.."happened 25 times!.
I sent the debug logs (see bellow), to the Boxee box people. So far, this interruption from watching movies has only happened with MUBI and not with Netflix.
The Boxee box help centre has asked me to write to you and have said that:
"It seems to be an issue on Mubi please try contacting them at http://support.mubi.com/mubi/topics/n...
