Where can I see my watchlist?
I added a few films to my watchlist (clicking the "I want to watch this" button under watch film), but I don't see any way to find out what it's my watchlist. I assume the it works the same way as Netflix's or Hulu's queue or Amazon's watchlist, but I can't find out where to see the films added to my watchlist. Really weird.

Mubi films aren't meant to be watched on computers.
I know that Sony can be absolutely infuriating to work with. There's probably nothing you can do about missing a PS3 app for the US.
But no Roku app? That's the difference between me being a subscriber and not. And I'm saying this as a guy who owns a Boxee Box (the new one--I was a beta tester). Although I love my gadgets, I don't love switching between 4 or 5 of them. In fact, the only thing keeping my Roku plugged in is HBO GO. Everything else--Netflix, Amazon, Plex--has better apps on the PS3.
Laptop, desktop, iPad are all the wrong devices for your service. Mubi films are meant to be watched as films. You can't do that on computers with 20 distractions running in the background. Fine for "Girls" or "Entourage". Those shows are candy.
But nobody is going to sit down and watch "TONY TAKITANI" on their computer. That's for the large TV, with lights dimmed, on the couch.
You need to be on Roku, and you need to solve the US PS3 thing one day. Then a guy like me would be singing your praises and posting the latest movie I watched to Facebook all day long.
Btw--you're really on to something with the curated experience. In an age of glut, we actually want fewer choices. But if I have to plug in a 4th or 5th device or watch on my laptop--I'm out.

How can I receive email notifications when another user comments after me on an article in Mubi's "Notebook"? As this is an important feature of an active online forum, I'd appreciate this service being implemented if it does not yet exist.

No flash player symbol on prescreen
I cannot play movies on my laptop with Windows 7 although I have an updated version of flash player. The flash player symbol does not appear on the prescreen. On my desktop computer with windows XP it works fine. How comes?

Cannot cancell subscription!!
I signed up several months ago and then decided to cancel. When I try to login it says my email does not exist, when I retrieve my password it says the same. I have had to create a new account to get help because I cannot contact mubi directly which is very frustrating.

The new subscription model - is it replacing the "unlimited" one?
So is the 30-movies a month model replacing the "unlimited movies" subscription? I see more and more localized mubi pages are switching to the new model. Does this mean I can't select the "unlimited movies" model anymore when I'm in one of the countries that switched to the new one? I'd like an honest answer (instead of a generic, commercialized "this is a new great way to enjoy your movies, as a personalized movie festival at your doors" blablah.. we all know what this model switch really means, and if it's true, i'm not interested in mubi anymore) If you need to adapt to a more economic model, that's fine and you don't need to tell us, but stop trying to convince the users what's better for them.. because you used to have the most unique library with hundreds of super rare flicks. Now, we get to have a limited selection of 30 films. We prefer having the freedom of choice, and without it, mubi is not an interesting subscription model.

Shame on you
"Not able to watch": that is all there is to see here. The few things that one can watch are with forced subtitles or forced dubbing or forced something else. The video quality is abysimal. This service is embarassing, and a sinister reminder of the shape of things to come. Shame on you. I will NEVER subscribe to this.

The film list on the PS3 app is not up to date. I have a UK account and the latest film available is Three Colours:Blue which means the ten latest film are missing.

same movies
tr.mubi.com adress always show us the same movies . They also show us movies withouth subtitles. Of course not all of them but i can't watch some important movies because no subtitles.
