Subscription is not working

Hello

I would like to use your subscription:

"Subscribe to MUBI. Watch unlimited films for CHF 12.95 per month. Subscribe"

But this subscription is not working on the website and it is not working with PS3.
Only a few (5-10) films are possible to watch.

Why can't I play MUBI films on my Sony Bravia TV?

I have a 2011 Sony Bravia tv which I is connected to the internet. I can play Sony's own on demand movie service but I cannot get MUBI to. I get a message on screen saying I need a subscription ans to log in to MUBI on my computer to manage my account.

Can you help please?

hi, new to this site, been trying to find this film title for ages and no one seems to remember it. Think it was made in the 90s. i watched it when i was little so cant remember too much. It was about a little boy who had cancer i think, i remember his family having to shave his hair off then i remember his dad shaving his too so he was the same as his son. They lived on some kind of farm i think as there was foot and mouth about and they couldnt go far from their home. Im pretty sure there was something in the title about light as a light played a part in the film lol also remembering him sneaking onto a minefield! please help, its driving me crazy!! lol

Sound Out Of Sync on "In The Year Of The Pig"

Hi

I started watching "In The Year Of The Pig" and I was getting absorbed in it when the first shot of someone talking came up. Oh dear the film was spoiled with a syncing problem, so I stopped, mildly irritated but unfortunately not that surprised as "The Princess Bride" had also been out of sync when I watched it last week and one or two others which I can't remember the names of now.

I tried another film last night and that was fine.

Do films get checked before they are are put on the site?

I've only been on Mubi a few weeks, I like the site, but if these syncing issues continue I think I'll have to give up on it. I can't pay money for something that doesn't work.

Please sort it out...

(I'm using the latest version of firefox on a macbook and my flash player is up to date)

Credit card charged after account cancellation

To whom it may concern,

My credit card has just been charged $9.95 even though I cancelled my 14-day trial membership one day after subscribing, approximately two weeks ago. Could you please credit my account back immediately and cease to charge it please.

My email address for my now cancelled Mubi account was roar_monthly@hotmail.com. Please note I have signed up under this same email address for the purpose of sending this form via your Support section, should I not get a response from my same email to your team at hello@mubi.com which I sent minutes ago.

Attached is a photo of my credit card account information showing the debit.

Ps: I have also sent this same email, the photo of the debit, plus my original email from your site back on Jan 11th for an account under roar_monthly@hotmail.com, to hello@mubi.com.

I look forward to your response.

Just joing MUBI on 01/24/13 for the free trial now I'm trying to go back in cancel the membership because I could not find what I was looking for now I get log back in to cancel to the subscription. So please cancel it right a way because I wont use the MUBI service ASAP.

I don't seem to be allowed to watch any films. I thought i had payed, but i might just have got the free 7 days, was it 7 days? I have had some busy weeks so i haven't visited you for a while. If it is due to lack of payment how do i do it to pay you?

Constant Crashing

Every time I try and watch a film with MUBI it crashes. Not once, but several times. I try and resume, that does not work. I refresh the page and it goes back to the beginning.
I've closed and reopened the browser. I am using Windows 7.
But nothing seems to do the trick, it disappointing and frustrating. I have reported this problem before but nothing has improved and I'm very close to cancelling my subscription.

i log in , go to deactivate account and follow link .It asks me to log in again which i do - THEN it says does not recognise password !!! Therefore i cannot end my subscription - will be cancelling direct debit if not adressed .

I haven't seen this film before, but should the non-English sections have subtitles? Maybe not meant to, but I also wondered whether there was a problem with this stream.... Thanks!

I ordred MUBI amount $2.99 to be paid each month for viewing movies. on JAN 12 And JAN 13 my credit CHARGED with double fees the amount $35.88.

ADJUST THE MISTAKE AND CORRECT THE MONTHLY AMOUNT AND REFUND $35.88.
